Why does the food in my freezer get freezer burn so quickly?
After only a week or so my food gets covered in frost and tastes bad. I use ziplock bags & my freezer doesn't need defrosting.
Be sure the temperature in your freezer is 0 degrees F or less. This will minimize migration of moisture out of the foods you're storing.
