Alcohol in my system?
I had 2 margaritas and one Wine Cooler last night between 6-8 pm. I take a medicine that says to not drink alcoholic beverages while I'm on it, and I didn't take it last night. I am approx. 5'1", approx. 190 pounds, and I am a female. Would it be safe to say that the alcohol is out of my system so that I could take the medication?
The medication is 500 mg of Metformin, I take it once daily, although I was scared to take it last night. I read that it causes something called lactic acidosis. Would it be safe to take it?
