Which brand of stove should I buy?
(If you read my earlier question, I am the person who asked about the burnt out lower element) - for now we are just replacing the element in our old (1992) stove, but since we are doing a kitchen reno this Spring we might just replace the stove anyway to match our other appliances.
We are considering a bottom of the line self-cleaning stainless steel stove...something basic, since we will likely leave it when we move in the next 5 yrs or so. We are looking at Frigidaire, Whirlpool and Amana, in the $500-700 price range.
Any reason I should or shouldn't buy any of these brands?
saaanen: Because some brands have better reputations than others for durability, function, service, etc. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with any of these brands - good or bad.
