Looking to hear experiences with portable kitchen clothes washing machine...?

My husband and I do not have laundry in our building and are thinking about purchasing a Portable Washing machine that can be hooked up to the kitchen sink. However, we are wondering if it is worth the expense and possible risk involved (flooding, etc.). We'd be grateful to hear any experiences you may have, positive or negative. Below is an example of a unit we are considering, although we are not sold on this particular make or model. Thanks.

I had a machine when I lived in my condo. It was both a washer and a Dryer; this was the type of dryer that did not need a vent because the drying method the machine used. Haeir makes these machines. Just do a google search for Ventless Washer/dryer combos. I loved my machine. I left it in the condo when I purchased another home because I did not need to take it with me. I would definitelt recommend this to anyone with limited space.
