I don't have a container in my washer to put the liquid fabric softener in?
You know where most washers have a place to put in the liquid fabric softener in. Well my Dad's washer doesn't have that. Please don't say get a new washer because he will say "we don't need to do that" I've heard your supposed to put it in the rinse cycle if you don't have one of those but he wouldn't remember or it would be too late. He won't buy Dryer sheets either. What can I do?
Most department stores have the softner ball (often sold by Downey) You put your softener in there and the pressure during the spin cycle pops the rubber stopper so when the load starts rinsing the softner goes into the rinse cycle.
Another option would be dryer sheets, if you use a dryer.
