Do we can deep fry chicken, in place of roasting it in the Butter Chicken receipe?
I want to know, that whether we can deep fry chicken in place of roasting it in oven or tandoor as i dont have an oven or tandoor? I want to know it for the Butter Chicken receipe? Please help.
okay, i dont think is a good idea to deep fry chicken with butter, but if you want you can do the following...
use clarify butter...meaning get one pound of butter and bring it to boil at med heat...do not let it burn, the butter will melt and it will become clear when all the milk solids cook off.
then u can use this clear butter to cook at higher temperatures because it wont burn .,,,
use it to cook your chicken...
