I would suggest you turn off the power to the unit at the breaker box. Wait a minute and restore it to make the electronic board reboot.
Is it showing a code on the display? If so you have a fault.
I know this one might sound silly but I have seen happen twice. Make sure it is the oven that is beeping. Twice I have found an uninstalled smoke alarm in the cabinet above an appliance that eventually the battery went bad and was making the exact same beep as the appliance so the customer blamed the appliance. lol.
