How do I use my built-in dishwasher which was already in my home?
I moved into this house a few months ago and usually just wash dishes by hand and dry them. We don't use up a whole lot of dishes at a time. The few times we have used a ton of dishes and pots and pans, we're standing by that sink for a long time, taking turns. Please guide me to properly using my dishwasher. It's a Fridgidaire Ultra Quiet built-in dishwasher...i don't know if that helps any.
Go on line to download the owners manual for that machine. Usually dishwashers are easy to use. You load the dishes and utensils so that everything is out in the open to get the blast of water from the jets. Place the dish washing liquid in the two compartments one which has a spring loaded timed door on it. Close the door and set your dial to the desired timed wash. Usually there is a button for pre-heated hot water wash and Dryer.
