I'm looking for good value driven, Christian movies/DVD's for my 5 y/o son.?
We already have a small collection of Veggie Tales, so we know of those characters.
Our son has had way too much power ranger type television viewing, and we are taking that away from him.
When my sons were young (my youngest just entered college, but he still plays with his stuffed animals -- no worry, he's a straight A kid, and plays 4 musical instruments )....
we watched many family videos, which MIGHT be available --
"Focus on the Family" has excellent visual materials -- see link below
"Hanna Barbera" videos on the Bible -- (see link below)
"SuperBook" (which you can still view on live TV, and tape it via your DVR)
Our favorite for years was the BBC Wonderworks (3 DVD) collection of "Chronicles of Narnia". There are 4 stories on 3 tapes :
* The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe
* Prince Caspian / Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and
* The SIlver Chair
Do a google search for "BBC Wonderworks" and you'll find the 3 DVD-set being sold on Amazon or eBay.
