Order of screw, nut, washer...?
I am putting together a hand dolly from Canadian Tire which didn't come with directions. It's easy enough, but can someone tell me the correct order of the screw, flat washer, lock washer, and the nut for attaching the plate with the wheels to the body of the dolly?
Screw and flat washer, then put those through the parts to be joined, then lock washer and nut. Tighten 'em up. Good to go.
