stoves fault no gas to hobs?

I cleaned the gas hob on my Stove Oven and now none of the gob (four) burners work ? I made sure nothing went near the jets. However some cleaner (liquid soda) may have gone down the back vent grill is there a cut off / safety valve in Stoves ovens if so where is it ? Thanks.

When you say no gas,do you mean the gas wont ignite?if this is the case then you probably have caused a short circuit with the liquid cleaner.Pull the cooker out and dry the spark generator with a hair Dryer.If there is no gas and the hob has a drop down lid then the safety valve at the back of the hob has became faulty,possibly the spring or the pin has became detached.
