What is the best way to cook beef rack of ribs on a propane grill?
I have four 12 oz racks and some BBQ sauce, but need to know times, temps, and tips to have these puppies come out the right way on a gas grill. Or do I need to pre-cook in an oven or such? Please no cut and paste recipes from websites, I want your real life experiance input!!
No need to pre cook in the oven...The Secret to good ribs on the BBQ is....Low and Slow...and Indirect heat...Brown your ribs then turn off one side of your BBQ and place your ribs on the side without the flame and keep your lid down..I like to cook mine for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs on med low heat.. and baste them every 20 minutes or so with favourite BBQ sauce..Hope this helps...Sherry...
