my brand new miele Washer Dryer Door is stuck before I even use it?
I went through the 'before using for the firts time' steps and forgot to put the switch to stop before I turned the machine back on - it was still on cottons. It is just stuck and wont do anything - haven't even done a wash yet:(
have you taken the transport bolts out of the back yet? check paperwork it will tell you what to do. if you have followed instructions then call supplier (not manufacturer) immediately as they will be responsible for rectifying the situation.
