How to replace a Maytag Dishwasher touchpad ( model : MDB6759AWS2 )?
Would someone please show me how to replace a touchpad on the Maytag Dishwasher model MDB6759AWS2. I bought this "dead on arrival" dishwasher 17 months ago (out of warranty) but keep forgot to call maytag until now Maytag has a Recall for the Heating Element. From the first day I received this machine, some lites will never come ON (normal, Rinse Only...). The tech who came for a recall said it is the touchpad that need to be replaced and cost around 300 usd part and labor !!! I want to buy part and replace it myself. I can open the door, access the inside the front door but unable to figure out HOW TO TAKE THE TOUCHPAD OFF to replace.
