My laundry machine does not the pump water out during rinse cycle?

The timer runs along. First cycles get done 100%.

....on some machines you have one motor to drive the whole machine and some machines have one motor to drive machine and small motor to drive pump...if it has one motor the motor runs one way to wash and rinse the other way to spin ...basically if you bail the water out and then the machine spins then the pump is bad or stopped up...most pumps are very easy to change....the rinse cycle is just where the machine fills up and agitates a few minutes with clean water and no detergent...then it drains then it goes into spin mode...here is the steps broken down fill, wash, drain, spin,fill,rinse,drain,final spin,...... if machine makes it to rinse cycle and then will not drain timer is bad...
