My flatmate doesn't switch off the gas valve on the wall every time after he uses the gas. I hate him. Help?
My flatmate doesn't turn off the valve of natural gas on the wall after he uses the natural gas. I think it is not safe if the valve on the wall is not turned off. I tell him to turn off the valve after using the gas. But he doesn't listen to me.He doesn't respect my words. He doesn't think it is unsafe if the valve is on. I get mad at him. Why is he so opinionated?Why is he so stubborn? I can't stand his this attitude. Help! How can I deal with this issue?
Do you split the bills at the end of the billing period? If you do, explain lower rates if he shuts it off.

If none of this has any effect, you may have to spring for an automatic shutoff valve if you are really serious. Have the gas company do it and put it on the bill you both split. Then you both will pay for it.
