how should i change the electric connection to the gas connection for the Cooking Range.?

I have flat top electric cooking range. I do not like it. I would like to change it gas cooking range. I do not have the connection for the gas range. Can anybody help me changing the connection?

Gas is better for cooking. First, do you have a gas line that is hooked up to your house? If not you will have to get a propane tank. You are going to have to use a flexible pipe attached to the stove, a shut off valve at the point that the black pipe enters the wall or floor (incase the flex pipe breaks), you are going to have to plumb the black pipe all the way back to the tank or put a "T" in the line that maybe goes to your furnace. Put sealer in all the joints of the pipe, and pressure test with soap & water type solution so that there are no gas leaks in any of the connections that you have made. it isnt difficult.
Be sure to test each connection you assemble. you do not want any leaks period (little bubbles coming out of the connection). also be sure to test for leaks inside the room up to & including the stove connection.
