you could use PV=nRT for this, but i prefer to use stoichiometry
V1: 30mL T1: 287K (14+273)
V2: 22mL T2: ?
287K x (22mL/30mL) = 210K or -62*C
you start with the T because you dont have the other T. because T and V vary directly, when T increases V will increase and when Tdecreases V will decrease. the 30 goes on the bottom of the fraction because it is larger than 22 and you want the T to get smaller.
