Pressure fry a boneless turkey breast.?
I have a high-end Pressure Cooker / fryer. The brand is All-American. It has all the safety features (a bolt-on top that does not use a rubber ring) that allow it to be used as a pressure fryer. So there are no safety worries.
Anyway, I have a boneless 4.75lb turkey breast that i want to pressure fry this evening. I'm going to use peanut oil and season it with an injector. I'll be cooking it at around 12 to 15 psi.
My question is, about what cooking time should I expect? I read a traditional breast deep fry recipe that said 3 minutes per pound plus an additional 5 minutes at the end. Since pressure cooking and frying often quickens cook time, any suggestions on what I might want to do here?

It always takes longer than they say to cook it. So be prepared to sit there longer and wait.
