I just bought a Frigidaire refrigerator used from someone whom said it was working. when i hooked everything?

up, to try it out I tried to get water out of the door, nothing came out. But it sounded like it was running. I opened the Fridge door and notices that all the water was coming out of the filter housing area. I check to make sure that it was on tight and also replaced the filter still doesn't come out the door just in the inside of the fridge part where the filter housing is. If you could please let me know if this is a easy fix or if I should try to get my money back.
Update on the fridge. so replaced the filter and that didn't help. Still leaks like crazy!! I also noticed this morning that it is not cold at all! How long does it usually take for a fridge to get cold.

is everything else but the water supply working? could be the supply line, (water), has gotten crimped or is stopped up. is the Ice Maker working?

tough call...bottom line is, it's not working right. i'd call seller and let them know i have issues with the sale and go from there. GL with it. jim
