Is having a pet odor from the carpeting and a dirty fridge enough for CPS to remove child?
On Dec 10th, the police demanded entry to see if the tip they received about my son's safety, we were guilty partly , the cats were taken by Animal services. The only issues was the urine odor, and the fridge, the rest of the house was clean, food in the house, but due to my prior dealings with CPS, and the cops attitude towards us, prompt the worker to take our son, I think she was expecting something worse, by the way she acted. I think the cops intimidated her into taking him. This time though, I'm not going to let them get away with this. I've learned a lot of things, I'm not stupid anymore. Their threats won't intimidate me. Their in for a treat, then maybe I'll get some respect, for finally having the balls to stand up to them
Sorry to hear about that. I would think they would do an additional inspection. I would recommend checking on what can be done for your Fridge and Smells. I know more about the smell issues and If you want to cover the smell, then you can use a product called Alanite (*they are special lava type rocks), this absorbs the smells and then you can set it outside later (in the sun) and the smells are released outside. or you can get an Air cleaner that will remove the smells.
