Anybody hear of N.S.I Business Development & Training? There's a job ad, wondering if...?

...it's a scam or not.
The company is advertising a job for dryer and vent cleaners on HotJobs dot com. Called them up and they want me to pay about $300 to buy the equipment to get started.

Have you ever worked for, or heard of this company before? Been ripped off by them? Or is this a legitimate business opportunity and not just another one of the many scams floating about the Internet?

I looked them up on BBB.org, and they're in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, but they did have 11 complaints (although resolved) in the past 36 months.

Any input at all would be great!

There is no way you should EVER be required to pay in advance to be able to work. This is exactly how most scams work, they offer a nice job, but before you can work there, you have to invest.
Simply put: Don't do it. If they want you to have equipment to do the work, they should provide it for free. period.
