No power to my whirlpool GU1500XTLS dishwasher?
I can't get my dishwasher to power up everything checked out fine as far as the wires go and my husband has checked it to make sure the wires were connected right and they are, so we were wondering what to do or maybe is there a reset button?
Yes there is a plug in with a reset and test button and we tried all of them in the kitchen and living room, and no we haven't used it before we just got it as a house warming gift our old one worked just fine and still does when we hook it back up, and no it is wired together no plug in for it... so I really don't know what could be going on.
As I understand your question, The wires are connected right, still no power.

No. Check the breaker or fuse.
Yes. Just for the hell of it, are there any switches on the backboards of the kitchen right above the D.W?
Is it possible, that one of these is the "service disconnect for it, and turned off?
OR
Does it Just plug into an outlet, and that outlet is a GFCI, and it has tripped?
Without more info, it's hard to diagnose over the internet.
