Have you cooked with a convection oven?
Supposedly they work just as good as a regular oven. Anyone with experience baking with a convection oven?
I want to use it for the first time tonite - the plan of action: lasagna. Should I cut the cooking time, or should I lower the temp?
oh it is great, they last forever.... they cook faster, they broil, i like it better than my oven, and they are more cost efficent.
